Sai is one of the most intelligent, driven, passionate and determined people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Originally joining a new and growing AI/ML and data analytics team straight from his (very impressive!) graduate engineering project on reinforcement learning, he hit the ground running and immersed himself in the tech we were using, quickly becoming a key contributor to our existing products and driving a fair few initiatives of his own! In my time working with him, what has struck me the most is the way in which he is able to understand, absorb and internalise best-practices in tech (from AI/ML to software architecture to observability), and champion them moving forward, in a way I have seen very few other early-career software engineers and emerging leaders manage to pull off.
